We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products. If a mistake has been made with your order information, reach out to our customer service via our contact form as soon as possible with the order number.
How To Return My Items?
At the moment, we do not accept returns barring cases where products/merchandise are damaged, defective or incorrect (compared to receipt).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and will be responsible for any shipping fees.

When will my order ship?
As soon as we get your order, it is routed to a production facility that meets your specific order's requirements. The order is then picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.
Your parcel then begins its journey once it been picked up for delivery by one of our shipping partners. If your order isn’t finished in time for the daily pick-up it will be picked up the next business day.
IMPORTANT FOR EU, UK & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Any import related costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The costs depend on order value, country specific limits for importation and the product itself. We are also not responsible for packages held or lost in international shipment or customs.
